Pure Desi Ghee
Traditional Bilona Ghee from the High Himalayas
Our Pure Desi Ghee is traditionally prepared from milk sourced from cows residing in Himalayan regions at elevations greater than 6001 feet / 1819 metres MSL. The cows graze in the mountain environment, where natural grasses and herbs form an important part of their traditional diet.
We follow the traditional Bilona method, where curd is traditionally churned to separate butter, which is then gently heated to prepare aromatic, golden ghee.
The result is a rich, fragrant and naturally golden ghee with a traditional taste—bringing the essence of the Himalayan mountains to your kitchen.

The curd is churned using the Bilona method to separate butter from the buttermilk.
Step 4 – Butter Collection
The freshly separated butter is collected and prepared for the next stage.
